Disinfectant Fogging

Special formulated disinfectant is used during the chemical fogging. It is a natural-produced substance by plants and animals cells; it has being used by healthcare, pharmaceutical and bio-science industry due to its rapid and wide spectrum killing effect against pathogenic microorganisms. This formulation is widely used in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, factories, public transports where regular disinfection are mandatory. The solutions will be transformed into fine mists by fogging machine and sprayed out onto any object/surface to be disinfected. Our disinfectant is a strong oxidizer that reacts and attack microorganisms that come into contact. The process takes approximately 6-7 hours (1/2 hrs fogging time + 6 hrs ventilation) for completion and will not leave harmful residues as it will quickly decomposes into water and oxygen after the treatment. It is safe for human, animal and the environment. We provide preventive and post-incident disinfection services for all type of businesses.

Note: It is mandatory to vacate the area for at least 6 hours for the fogging. Post-treatment cleaning is not required. Recommended to be carried out after normal business hours/weekends.

 


 

 

 



 

Steam Sanitizing

Steam generating machines are used during the steam cleaning process, it produces high temperature, pressurized steam that has very high penetration and excellent cleaning power that capable to deep clean any hard-to-reach places where conventional cleaning methods are not viable. Water temperature is increased to 150°C inside a boiler, pressurized and ejected through a nozzle; the super-heated steam will first dissolves soils by weakening the physical bond between the dirt and the surface, the pressure of the steam will then remove them from the surface as the protective layer (soils and dirt) is removed, any pathogens that attached to it will become susceptible to the heat of the steam, making it easy and quick way to kill viruses and bacteria without the use of chemicals. Hot steam is versatile as it can easily and quickly penetrate any crevices, cracks and gaps, clean and sanitize in single step operation. The machines use only water; the safest way to clean and sanitize without the use of cleaning agents. Ultraviolet Irradiation Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI)

Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) uses shortwave UV-C light for air and surface disinfection. The UV-C light destroys DNA of living cells (bacteria, viruses, spores, fungi & molds) by damaging the ability of reproduction; a process called inactivation that prevent the spread of viruses and diseases. It is widely used by air and water purification industry and has become one of the most fastest and convenient way to obtain high efficacy results. We deliver and set up temporary UV lights at your house/facility, the lights will be switched on for a pre-configure time for air and surface disinfection. The whole process takes approximately an hour for completion from setting up, activation and clearing of the treatment area. We provide preventive and post-incident disinfection services for all type of businesses.

Note: UV-C light is harmful to human eyes and skin. It is mandatory to empty the area for 60 minutes during the treatment.

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

Hygiene Assessment

Rapid Hygiene Monitoring refers to testing and verification of an object or surface to ensure that contaminants (microorganisms) have been removed. These tests are extremely important in preventing bacteria growth and cross-infection. Our hygiene test instrument uses the ATP swab test method. The test area/surface is wiped using the swab test reagent kit which contains reactive chemical and will emit light when come in contact with living microorganisms like bacteria and viruses. The level of luminescence is measured using the light measuring instrument, and the degree of cleanliness is determined based on the amount of bacteria detected. The degree of contamination is immediately shown as a numerical output to confirm if remediation plan is necessary.

ATP = Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is a chemical substance that acts as an energy source for all living organisms on the planet. The presence of ATP can be considered proof of the presence of a living organism, or of a substance produced by a living organism. Fireflies generate light by creating a reaction inside their bodies between their own ATP and an enzyme called Luciferase.

In the case of Rapid Hygiene Monitoring Systems, if an object to be tested is contaminated by bacteria or organic materials, then the presence of ATP will act as a fool proof indicator for such contamination. In the ATP swab test, the degree of contamination can be confirmed by wiping up the ATP left on the test object/surface and measuring the light emission generated through a reaction with Luciferase using the "firefly principle" mentioned above. Fighting infection through detection.
